DNA REPLICATION:: PART 4

ENZYMES REQUIRED IN DNA REPLICATION


-         Topoisomerase: - This unwinds the DNA and releases the super
                                    coiled structure of the double helix.
                                                

-         Helicase: - It breaks the hydrogen bonds between the two
                          strands of the DNA.
